VI Peel Aftercare Instructions

Our office wants to provide you with the absolute best care.  You can help to minimize the risk of complications by carefully reading and following your pre and post treatment instructions.  Ask us to clarify any item about which you have questions. VI Peel typically induces peeling, thus improving the appearance of rough texture, fine lines, wrinkles superficial pigment and scars. However, light flaking & peeling to more extreme sheet peeling is considered within normal limits.  “Your skin will peel as much as your skin needs to peel”.  There will always be cellular turnover, improvements in the texture, tone, and overall appearance of the skin whether or not peeling occurs. More visible peeling does not equal greater results. VI Peel can be used for multiple body areas including: face/neck/chest, hands, and other body areas. Please inform the provider prior to treatment if you have any of the following conditions that may make you unsuitable for VI Peel treatments.
