Esthetician / Medical Assistant
Position: Esthetician & Clinical Concierge
Be Medispa is seeking a licensed Esthetician/Medical Assistant to join our team as a Clinical Concierge. This unique role combines esthetic expertise with concierge-level service to create an exceptional patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Providers & Patients – Support medical providers during treatments, educate patients before and after procedures, and ensure a smooth visit from start to finish.
- Perform Esthetic Treatments – Administer facials, peels, and other esthetic services while maintaining safety and clinical standards.
- Patient Care & Education – Conduct consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients on medical-grade skincare and procedures.
- Front & Back Office Support – Manage check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, CRM software, and treatment room prep.
- Professional Excellence – Provide outstanding customer service, maintain organization, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed esthetician or medical assistant with experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical cosmetic procedures preferred.
- Skilled in patient education, customer service, and phone etiquette.
- Computer literate, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Positive energy, team spirit, and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
