Our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each patient. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly.
Account setup – To reserve appointment time at Be Medispa, all patients must have a valid credit card associated with their patient account. There is no fee for setting up a patient account.
$100 Scheduling fee – Due at booking, this deposit guarantees the patient’s reservation. The scheduling fee can be charged to the patient’s account or another payment method of their choosing.
100% of the scheduling fee can be used toward any service performed.
Cancellation fee – If a patient needs to reschedule their appointment within 24 hours or less of their reserved time, 50% of their deposit will be forfeited to cover provider cost.
No-Show fee – If a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment, 100% of their deposit will be forfeited to cover provider costs.
Late to reserved appointment – We will make every effort to accommodate as best we can, but if patients are 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, we may need to reschedule the appointment entirely or deduct time or services from that appointment to keep our providers on time for other patients.
