Paul L. Hester, M.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Paul Hester

Dr. Hester’s medical practice emphasizes the enhancement of health over the treatment of illness. His approach to anti-aging therapy is based upon early detection, aggressive prevention of degenerative disease, and integrated therapies.

His programs at BE MediSpa, the first medical spa in Lexington, combine Anti-Aging strategies with non-invasive cosmetic technologies that enhance and rejuvenate your skin. Dr. Hester and his professional team offer a full menu of treatments for youthful aging within the peaceful rhythm of a spa environment.

Dr. Hester has been a trusted Primary and Critical Care Physician for over twelve years and remains an innovative leader in healthcare education and delivery. He is dual board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Antiaging Medicine. His interest in the areas of nutrition, fitness and molecular science led to his graduate fellowship in Physiology and Biophysics and his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Kentucky. His early commitment to medical education as a curriculum contributor and Chief Resident carries on through his contributions as a faculty preceptor for The University’s College of Medicine and College of Allied Health. In his current practice, Dr. Hester uses a total health approach to create personal health programs and achieve advanced cosmetic enhancement for his clients.

“Great health is our best defense against aging. We all need a plan! Longevity associated with degenerative disease and progressive illness is not acceptable. My practice is centered on the premise that medical expertise should be applied toward the enhancement of health as well as the treatment of illness.”
