*first time clients: Your first visit to Be Medispa begins with an in-depth consultation with medical staff to determine your treatment plan. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your allotted appointment time to fill out your client profile. Additionally, you can receive a comprehensive photographic analysis of your skin using our exclusive VISIA COMPLEXION imaging system. Total appointment time: 40 minutes (consultation only) or 1-1.5 hours (with treatment)

 

*returning clients: Please arrive early or on time to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

 

*Cancellation policy and service charges: Because of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients, we require 24 hours advanced notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; as such, there is a service charge for missed appointments. Service charge for missed reservations will be the lesser of $50.00 or half of the reserved procedure cost.
