first time clients : Your first visit to be medispa begins with an in-depth consultation with medical staff to determine your plan of treatments. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your allotted appointment time in order to fill out your client profile. In addition, you can receive a comprehensive photographic analysis of your skin using our exclusive new VISIA COMPLEXION imaging system . Total appointment time: 40 minutes (consultation only) or 1-1/2 hours (with treatment)

returning clients : Please arrive early or on time to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

cancellation policy and service charges:
Because of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients, we require 24 hours advanced notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; as such, there is a service charge for missed appointments. Service charge for missed reservations will be the lesser of $50.00 or half of the reserved procedure cost.
